  Bunch of rude, obnoxious robbers. Go elsewhere if you want decent work, and all of the agreed work doing. Owner is rude and a liar, staff are also disgustingly rude. Had to go elsewhere and PAY AGAIN because he decided he wasn't going to do what was agreed. Two crowns cost me the sum of £450+ instead of £227 due to this robber. Cheers sanjay (Robber)

  Having been with this dentist for almost 2 years, I find my elf cast out because I missed 2 appointments in that time. I’m pretty sure that there are far more people that have missed a lot more appointments than I have, I have always been very happy with the treatment from Dr Neil Archibald and my last appointment with him when I came in for a new crown fitting went just as well as expected. Until it came out quite unexpectedly, I rang the dentist on the Saturday morning, I spoke to a young lady and booked myself in for the following Thursday. I had to book the time off work to enable me to get into see my dentist, when I rang on the Thursday to check I was told that I had no appointment booked in, you can imagine my annoyance and the loss of my holidays in order to make this, i was told it was the following week, I told them I wasn’t happy but I simply got the brush off and there was nothing that could be done. I when I had my appointment and now with my new dentist (not that i was told Neil had gone) who was a lovely lady, I raised my concerns about this happening again I was reassured that she was using a much stronger adhesive and it wouldn't happen again.. SO MY UTTER SHOCK when less than 2 months later it’s fallen out again!!! I also got charged £20.00 for an emergency appointment, which firstly it wasn’t an emergency and that I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment that’s not an emergency appointment by any ones standards!!!…. So I rang my dentist again to sort an appointment out to be told that I’d be removed from their customer list, at this point I was very annoyed but after speaking to their practice manager I thought she understood my point… Clearly not!.. I understood that because I’d missed ONLY 2 appointments in 2 years (little bit severe I think) but I expected not to be able to continue with treatment but she would speak to the dentists and see what she could do for me. However my point was that as a duty of care they should fix the crown that they have been paid for and that hasn't done the job that it was supplied to do and in less than 1 year of having it, it has failed twice... But no, as I’m NHS customer they don't want to know, if I was a full paying private customer I’m sure that I would be treated very differently... I have had to chase Sarah to get a response from her, and this finally came today to be told they are not going to do anything about it. TOTALLY DISGUSTING… AVOID THIS PRACTICE… POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE….
